Terms & Conditions
Securing Your Booking
Your wedding date will be secured once your signed booking agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit have been received. Until then, your date will remain available to other enquiries.
Final Balance
​The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the wedding require full payment at the time of booking.
Brial Previews
Bridal previews are by appointment only and may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new trial booking and payment.
Cancellations & Changes
* Your booking deposit is non-refundable. * Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the wedding will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit. * Cancellations within 6 weeks of the wedding require full payment, as your date has been reserved exclusively for you. * Requests to change your wedding date are subject to availability and may require a new booking.
Travel
​Travel is included within your personalised quotation. Where applicable, parking fees, congestion charges or additional travel costs will be added to your final balance and discussed in advance.
Additional Support Artist
For larger bridal parties or earlier ceremony times, an additional makeup artist may be recommended to ensure a relaxed wedding morning. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before booking.​
Health & Safety
Please advise me of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or relevant medical concerns before your appointment. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if I believe it would be unsafe to proceed.
Photography
Images from your wedding day may be used on my website, portfolio and social media. If you would prefer your images to remain private, please let me know before your wedding day.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, I will make every reasonable effort to arrange a trusted replacement. If this is not possible, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Acceptance
By paying your booking deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
